ISO 14064 – Carbon Footprint

Training is planned for all organizations and their employees. It aims to enable institutions to have a climate-friendly structure by integrating what they learn, such as what climate change is, risks brought to institutions and methods of struggle.

The first step involves what climate change is and reflects on the world and economic sectors in Turkey. In addition, general information on Turkey´s position in the international climate change challenge is given.

It also includes the calculation of greenhouse gas emissions in the framework of ISO 14064-1 and how it is reported in accordance with ISO 14064-1 standard. Furthermore, data collection for carbon footprint calculation and points that organizations should take note of in reporting are included in the training. It ends with practical working examples.
